Terms Of Service

    We encourage our customers to carefully review our terms of service and usage before subscribing to our FTTH broadband plans. We reserve the right to change, update, or add to any part of this policy and our terms and conditions, including the terms of service, at any time, with or without prior notice. Customers are advised to review these terms periodically.

    • We deliver services according to the plan registered on our website. If you experience any service interruptions, please report them promptly to your service representative for faster resolution.
    • The broadband speed and bandwidth will depend on the plan chosen during registration. If you'd like to modify your plan, please contact our service representatives.
    • Bills for services used will be generated by the 15th of each month and invoiced to you. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
    • Our technical staff will assist you to the best of their ability, but we are not liable for service failures caused by factors beyond our control.
    • If the site inspection is unsuccessful for providing our services, we will refund the installation charges in full within 15 working days.
    • Invoices must be paid by the due date. Failure to do so will result in late fees or penalties. We also reserve the right to suspend our services if necessary.
    • Payment can be made through any of the following methods:
      • Credit Cards
      • Debit Cards
      • Standing instructions from your bank account
      • Payment via cheque, demand draft, or pay order
      • Manual payments in cash at our branch offices
      • Online payments through NEFT or IMPS clearance
      • Payments via phone banking

    Payments via cheque, pay order, or demand draft must be made in favor of UV Fiber, a brand of MYNEXT BROADBAND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, to the following details:

    Please note that we do not accept outstation cheques. Any such cheques will be returned to the customer’s registered address. A postal charge of Rs. 150 will be levied for the return and communication, along with any applicable late fees.
