Refund Policy
MyNEXT Broadband Services Pvt Ltd. is committed to providing best–in–class, high–quality service to all subscribers. Applicable service(s) as per the Commercial Package opted by the subscriber will be activated after receiving full payment of Subscription Charge. Order for Commercial Package, once placed, cannot be cancelled. Subscription Charge, once paid, is non-refundable. There shall be no refund in case of opt-out or termination of service before expiry of Commercial Package validity, for any reason whatsoever.
- Under exceptional circumstances, Subscription Charge may be refunded – provided the cause of non-activation of services can be solely, clearly, and exclusively attributed to MyNEXT Broadband. In such cases, the applicable amount will be refunded after due verification, approval and authorization. The refund amount shall be subject to deduction of applicable charges / taxes, if any. Refund shall be applicable in the following cases:

We collect and use personal information for business purposes in

- Non-activation of service – When the Subscriber has paid the Subscription Charge for the selected Commercial Package, but the service is not activated within the stipulated time as specified by the regulatory authority at the time of subscription of service, and the Subscriber demands refund.
- Excess Payment – due to a technical error, if the Subscription Charge for the same transaction has been debited multiple times, or excess amount has been debited, then the excess amount (beyond the Subscription Charge) shall be refunded.
- In case of service outage, for which the cause can be solely, clearly, and exclusively attributed to MyNEXT Broadband, there shall be no refund, but the service validity shall be extended, provided:

MyNEXT Broadband may disclose personally identifiable
information about you to third parties when
- Subscriber has registered a complaint at MyNEXT Broadband for the service outage.
- Service outage continues beyond the maximum permissible down-time period from the time of registration of complaint, including grace period if any, as specified by the regulatory authority at the time of valid complaint
- It has to cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities or in connection with security related or law enforcement investigations or in the course of cooperating with authorities or complying with legal requirements.
- In such cases, service validity shall be extended for a period equal to service outage duration beyond such period from the date of complaint.

Subscriber will make a Refund Request via email to
contact@uvfiber.com within 72 (seventy–two) hours of occurrence of incidence
eligible for refund. In the request, transaction details
should be included, such as:
- Subscriber Details
- Transaction Details
- Original payment / transaction advice, if any
- Refund request will be reviewed and processed after due verification of refund eligibility and validity of the transaction within 4 (four) weeks.
- If eligible, net refund amount shall be credited to the Subscriber’s Account, after deducting applicable charges (such as payment gateway charges), if any, via the same method of payment within 7 (seven) days from the date of resolution. Any refund shall be governed by this Refund / Cancellation Policy. Any dispute arising on refund shall be governed by the Laws of India, subject to exclusive jurisdiction in the Courts of Law at New Delhi only
