Fair Use Policy

Some of our FTTH broadband plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). This ensures that all customers enjoy uninterrupted access to our bandwidth and speeds.

Explanation and Summary: Under UV Fiber’s Fair Usage Policy (FUP), usage levels are defined so that the majority of customers will not face any limitations on their FTTH broadband service. Only a small number of users with excessively high data consumption will be subject to a cap, ensuring that the overall broadband experience remains uninterrupted for all customers. The policy is designed to maintain a balance, preventing overloads while still allowing most customers to enjoy seamless and fair access to high-speed internet.

Once the individual usage limits of all our plans are reached, the speed will be reduced to 1 Mbps.
